Legal terms and conditions for using AskAce

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and LuminCraft, LLC ("LuminCraft," "we," "us," "our"), the operator and owner of the AskAce application, website, and related services ("AskAce" or the "Service").
By accessing or using AskAce, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.Overview of the Service
AskAce is an AI-powered sports insights and analytics platform. AskAce provides informational and entertainment-based analysis, including predictions, props insights, matchup breakdowns, and other AI-generated content.
AskAce does NOT:
- • Operate as a sportsbook
- • Provide betting services
- • Guarantee outcomes
- • Offer financial, legal, or professional advice
All information is for entertainment and informational purposes only.
2.Legal Entity / Operator
AskAce is owned and operated by:
LuminCraft, LLC
A Wyoming Limited Liability Company
All user agreements, billing, and legal relationships are between you and LuminCraft, LLC.
3.Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you:
- • Are 18 years of age or older
- • Are legally permitted to view sports wagering-related content in your jurisdiction
- • Agree to comply with these Terms
4.Account Creation
AskAce uses Clerk for authentication and identity management.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
5.Subscription Plans & Billing
AskAce offers both Free and Pro subscription tiers.
Billing
- • Payments are processed securely through Stripe on behalf of LuminCraft, LLC
- • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled
- • You may cancel anytime
No Warranties
Subscription fees grant access to analysis tools, not winning picks or financial outcomes.
6.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use AskAce to facilitate illegal gambling activities
- • Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer proprietary data
- • Abuse, spam, or misuse the platform
- • Automate large-scale betting systems using AskAce outputs
- • Violate any applicable gambling regulations
LuminCraft may limit or suspend accounts for misuse.
7.AI-Generated Content
AskAce uses advanced AI models (including GPT-5 and RAG-based context systems).
You acknowledge that AI outputs may include:
- • Inaccuracies
- • Outdated information
- • Model hallucinations
- • Errors in data interpretation
You agree not to rely solely on AskAce for financial or wagering decisions.
8.Service Modifications
We may suspend, update, or discontinue portions of AskAce at any time, with or without notice.
LuminCraft is not responsible for outages or data loss.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- • LuminCraft, LLC and AskAce are not liable for financial losses, betting losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service
- • The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use of the Service
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
11.Updates to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of AskAce constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
