Subscription billing and refund terms

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions billed by LuminCraft, LLC for use of the AskAce platform.
1.Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are billed monthly via Stripe to LuminCraft, LLC.
Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the period ends.
2.Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only for:
✓ Duplicate charges
Accidental multiple billing
✓ Technical billing errors
System-caused billing issues
✓ Extended outages
Service unavailable for extended periods
✓ Discretionary cases
Other issues at LuminCraft's discretion

Important Notice
Filing a chargeback without notifying support may result in account suspension.
